I’ve always found it mildly amusing – though artistically appropriate in some ways – that Paul Blom’s last name literally translates to “flower”, because, well, it’s Paul Blom. Paul Blom, who can sometimes look more eviller than Skeletor when he toffs it up. Paul and Sonja Ruppersberg (that’s her real, actual name, not an homage to a Transylvanian ancestor, though you’d never second-guess that if she claimed it) are amazingly busy people; Aside from so much work on their Terminatryx project, they run several film festivals (coming up next: HORRORFEST), a live movie soundtrack band, and a whole bunch of other ultra cool stuff.

They put a lot of style and sass into their music videos, too, and they have a vast body of work to explore and enjoy via the links below. “Shadow” is their most recent video release.

“Shadow” album (and earlier releases) at: http://www.terminatryx.bandcamp.com , iTunes, http://www.oneworld.co.za , Amazon mp3, CD Baby and others.

    Thanks Mr Marshall!
Another project I’ve been involved with is V.O.D – Voice Of Destruction, a Metal band that started in the mid-’80s as a Punk / Hardcore act, but evolved into its current shape. With the band inactive since our 2009 reunion tour, we’ve been booked for a rare live performance at the Witchfest Metal Festival early April, alongside a string of international and local acts (incl. Terminatryx – yay! I’ll be pulling double-shift!)
